The base for my few days in Tuscany couldn't have been more perfect, stayed at Il Rigo Farmhouse, near San Quirico d'Orcia, Toscana, Italy. The weather was good to us most of the time, unfortunately didn't get as much early morning mist as I would have liked but the scenery was fantastic and visits to towns in the area were very interesting. Places visited were San Quirico d'Orcia, Della Foce a Fornace, Monteccelolio, Val D'Orcia, Bagno Vignoni, Pienza, Lucignano d'Asso, Montefollonico, Montepulciano, Sorano, Sovana, Saturnia, Pitigliano and San Antimo, also iconic places were photographed, like The Belvedere and Bertolli House.
